Walsh Lawyers Speak at 20th Annual William H. Gindin Bankruptcy Bench-Bar Conference

Three Walsh attorneys from the Financial Services & Risk Management group participated as panelists in the 20^th Annual William H. Gindin Bankruptcy Bench-Bar Conference on March 23, 2018.  Stephen V. Falanga and Colleen M. Maker served on a panel with the Chief Judge Kathryn Ferguson discussing attorney ethics and Sydney Darling presented on contested cash collateral and Debtor-In-Possession financing issues with Judge Michael Kaplan and others in a mock hearing format.
