Fabian Marriott practices primarily in management-side labor and employment litigation, as well as commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Fabian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Walter F. Timpone, Associate Justice, Supreme Court of New Jersey, for the 2019-2020 term. He also served as a paralegal for over 16 years at a private law firm and Rutgers University’s Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
Fabian earned his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School in 2019, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Executive Editor and published author for Rutgers University Law Review, and Teaching Associate for Legal Analysis, Writing and Research. Fabian completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Rutgers University in 2008.
