Overview
Eric S. Padilla focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation and arbitration, state and federal commercial litigation matters, as well as financial services and risk management. Additionally, Eric concentrates on bankruptcy and reorganization matters on behalf of the estate, creditors, as well as other parties in interest. Eric served as a summer associate with the firm and as an intern for the Honorable John M. Vasquez of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey prior to joining Walsh.
Eric earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and Philosophy from George Washington University in 2014.
