Carmen I. Abrazado focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Walsh, she clerked for the Honorable Mary Gibbons Whipple (Ret.) in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Carmen was previously a law clerk with Walsh in 2021 and 2023, and Summer Associate in 2022.
Carmen graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023 and was awarded the Women’s Leadership Award and the Marc R. Poirier Trailblazer Award. She was a Distinguished Scholar and served as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. Carmen received her B.A. in Theater from Duke University and worked as a Stage Manager on Broadway and off, before beginning her legal career.
